The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, a reality web show hosted by actor Neelam Kothari, is not scripted, according to the actress. She has stated that when she and her co-stars Maheep Kapoor, Seema Sajdeh, and Bhavana Pandey decide to discuss an issue, it is all genuine. In September, Netflix renewed the show for a second season.
Neelam Soni is an actress and the wife of actor Samir Soni. The other three are Maheep Kapoor, the wife of actor Sanjay Kapoor, Bhavana Panday, and Seema Khan, the ex-wife of actor-filmmaker Sohail Khan. The show follows the four wives’ personal and professional lives.
Neelam recently stated at the India Today Conclave that The Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives was not scripted at all. “It’s not staged. They tell us we’ll be shooting at such and such a location, but what we talk about is entirely up to us. “We decide whether to fight or cry,” she explained.
She did, however, add that they had agreed not to discuss some of their personal issues on the show. “I’ve known the three for almost 25 years,” she added. We have a great time when we get together. Before the show began, we decided that certain topics would be off-limits. Everything is authentic. It’s all real when we’re having a good time. People are also enjoying this type of content because there has never been anything like it in India.”
Neelam was an active actor in the 1980s and 1990s. She has appeared in several films, including Ilzaam (1986), Khudgarz (1987), Hatya (1988), Farz Ki Jung (1989), Taaqatwar (1989), and Do Qaidi (1989), and has also collaborated with Chunky, Bhavana’s husband, in Aag Hi Aag. Her last big hit was the 1999 film Hum Saath-Saath Hain: We Stand United.
