Pooja Bhatt has admitted that she forgot to ask John Abraham if he was okay with the love scenes in their film, Jism. She realised it was presumptuous of women to assume only women might feel uncomfortable in intimate situations when he asked her about it, she said.
Jism, directed by Amit Saxena and based on a story by Mahesh Bhatt, starred Bipasha and John in lead roles. Pooja directed the film. Pooja revealed on Tinder India’s Swipe Ride with Kusha Kapila, “I did a film with Bipasha Basu and we launched the gorgeous John Abraham.” I was actually in charge of directing the love scenes and such. I went to explain what was expected of them. ‘This is what you need to do, and if you are not comfortable…’ I tell Bipasha. ‘Excuse me!’ said John as he looked at me. ‘Would you mind asking if I’m comfortable doing this?’ It was as if someone had thrown a bucket of cold water on me.
