Antara Motiwala Marwah, the wife of actor Mohit Marwah, looked stunning at the Lakme Fashion Week on Friday. She walked the Itrh runway in a shimmery gown, proudly displaying her baby bump.
Antara wore a full-sleeved cropped top with a plunging neckline and a ruched front skirt. She walked the ramp confidently as her family and friends cheered her on. Mohit also attended the fashion show.
Antara is the niece of businessman Anil Ambani’s wife Tina Ambani. Mohit is the elder son of Sandeep Marwah and Reena Marwah, the sister of Anil, Boney Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor. He made his Bollywood debut with Fugly in 2014. In 2017, he played a soldier in Raag Desh, directed by Tigmanshu Dhulia.
Mohit and Antara married in the United Arab Emirates in February 2018. The entire family attended the wedding, as did late Sridevi, who died hours later in her Dubai hotel. Sonam Kapoor took to Instagram Stories on Saturday to praise Antara for walking the runway while carrying her pregnant belly. Sonam also praised her cousin Anshula Kapoor, who walked the runway at the same fashion show as Antara.
Sonam captioned a photo of Anshula walking the runway at Lakme Fashion Week, “So proud of you, Anshula Kapoor.” Sonam also posted a photo of Antara on the runway kissing Mohit and Arjun, who sat in the front row at the fashion show. “And my stunning sister-in-law/ chaddi buddy (childhood friend) Antara,” Sonam Kapoor added.
Many other members of the Kapoor family, including Arjun’s sister Janhvi Kapoor and aunt Maheep Kapoor, shared their reactions to Antara’s ramp walk on Instagram Stories. Anil Kapoor’s nephew and actor Mohit Marwah married Antara in 2018. On October 20, 2021, Mohit Marwah and Antara became parents to a baby girl named Thea.
