Jennifer Aniston, star of Friends, has released stunning images from her recent Allure magazine shoot. She wore a barely-there black outfit and her signature blonde long locks on the cover. She exuded confidence in her toned body and discussed rumours about her divorce from her ex-husband.
Jennifer opened up on the internet about a difficult period in her life when she attempted to become pregnant. She recalled her divorce story and refuted claims that her husband abandoned her because she couldn’t bear a child. While the actress did not mention her ex-husband Brad Pitt during the conversation, she did appear to refer to the times when she and the actor parted ways.
“I was trying to get pregnant,” Jennifer told Allure. The road to motherhood was a difficult one for me. Years and years and years of speculation… It was extremely difficult. I was undergoing IVF and drinking Chinese teas, to name a few things. Everything I had was thrown at it. If someone had told me, ‘Freeze your eggs,’ I would have given anything. Make a good decision for yourself.’ You simply do not believe it. So here I am now. “The ship has sailed,” she announced. She stated that she has “zero regrets” about not having children.
“I was only concerned with my career.” And God forbid a successful woman not have a child. And the reason my husband left me, why we broke up and divorced, was because I refused to give him a child. It was all a lie. “At this point, I don’t have anything to hide,” she added. While she wasn’t bothered by the rumours, the actor did feel bad about being labeled’selfish’ for preferring to focus on her career over having children.
