Kangana Ranaut is once again in the news because of something she said. This time, the actress criticised Akbar al Baker, the CEO of Qatar Airways, based on a fake video. In response to the ongoing #BoycottQatarAirways controversy on Instagram, she called him a “idiot of a man.” But within 2 hours, the actress had taken down her posts. Kangana posted screenshots of an interview with Qatar Airways CEO Akbar al Baker on Wednesday. In the video, al Baker makes fun of an Indian man named Vashudev for starting the “#BoycottQatarAirlines” trend on Twitter after Qatar took a stand against India in the Nupur Sharma scandal.

“This idiot of a man has no shame bullying a poor man and making fun of his insignificance and place in the world…Vasudev may be poor and insignificant for a rich man like you, but he has the right to express his grief, pain, and disappointment in whatever context it may be…Remember there is a world beyond this world where we are all equal,” Kangana wrote on her Instagram story along with a still from the interview with Akbar al Baker.

Not only that, but a lot of Indians agree with Baker’s harsh words about Vashudev.

In another story, Kangana called the Indian people who supported Al Baker “Bojh on this country.”

She wrote on her Instagram story, “All so-called Indians who are cheering for this bully for making fun of a poor man, remember that this is exactly why you all are a big bojh in this overpopulated country.”

About the video that went viral
A fake video of Akbar Al Baker’s recent interview with Aljazeera is going viral on social media. In it, he makes fun of Indian Guy Vashudev for spreading the #BoycottQatarAirlines trend on Twitter with the wrong spelling. Baker said in the interview, “Vashudev is our biggest shareholder, with a total investment of 634 rupees and 50 paise. We don’t know how to run anymore, so we’ve stopped all flights. We’re asking Vashudev to take back this call for a boycott.”

When Vashudev shared his video, he wrote “bycott,” which got him a lot of backlash from Indian supporters of Baker. “This is a special kind of boycott because it is b-y-c-o-t-t. Vashudev Habibi, we are willing to give you a whole plane to make your TikTok videos, or maybe we can give you two litres of gas for free,” Baker said in his statement.

On the work front, Kangana was most recently in the movie “Dhaakad,” and she will soon be in “Tejas” and “Emergency.”
