Kareena Kapoor, the actress, has shared a video of her exercise and yoga sessions at her Mumbai home. Kareena was seen running up the stairs at home in the video, which Anshuka Yoga shared on Saturday. The video showed a wall near the stairs that was decorated with several photo frames, including one of Kareena’s husband-actor Saif Ali Khan and his ancestral home Pataudi Palace.
Kareena wore a black top, grey pants, and white sneakers in the video. Kareena was also seen doing yoga while holding a rectangular block on her back in the video. The video also showed that the open space was near the stairs, which were flanked by a large picture frame on the wall. Kareena was meditating at the end of the video.

Kareena’s dedication was lauded by fans. “Queen is getting ready for #thecrew,” someone wrote. Someone else stated, “I really like your exercise routine. Kareena shared the video on her Instagram Stories and wrote, “Making preparations.. (muscles emojis). @rheakapoor’s crew (red heart emoji).” Rhea Kapoor re-posted the video on her Instagram Stories, writing, “My champion (party popper and heart eyes emojis).”
Ekta Kapoor announced in a statement last year that Kareena, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon will star in the upcoming comedy film The Crew. Ekta and Rhea Kapoor will produce the film. The Crew, Tabu, Kareena, and Kriti’s first film together, is set against the backdrop of the struggling airline industry
The story, to be directed by Rajesh Krishnan, centres on three women who work and hustle to make it in life. Balaji Motion Pictures Limited and Anil Kapoor Productions will co-produce The Crew. It is scheduled to hit the streets in February of this year.
Hansal Mehta’s next film, and Sujoy Ghosh’s adaptation of the Japanese novel The Devotion of Suspect X, are among Kareena’s upcoming projects. Kareena was most recently seen in Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha. The movie, which came out in August of last year, is an official Hindi remake of the Oscar-winning 1994 film Forrest Gump, starring Tom Hanks.
