Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor announced their pregnancy on Monday. The couple, who married in April, have had a hectic few months – while Alia is in London filming her Hollywood debut, Heart Of Stone, Ranbir has been promoting his film Shamshera, which will be released on July 22. During the promotion of his upcoming film, Ranbir spoke about the significance of ‘8’, his favourite number, and revealed that he and Alia were considering getting matching number ‘8’ tattoos on their wrists.
Previously, it was reported that Alia Bhatt embraced the number with thoughtful details in her bridal look. According to reports, the actor chose a simple mehendi design with a R (Ranbir’s initial) and a ‘8.’ (his favourite number). She also wore a personalised mangalsutra (bridal neckpiece) and kaleeras (bridal accessory worn with bangles) with a ‘8’ design. Her chooda set (bridal bangles) also included eight bangles.

Ranbir went on to say that the couple was ‘talking’ about getting matching ‘8’ tattoos. He stated that Alia ‘adores’ the number.
“All of my cars are number eight, as is my football jersey, and I just like something about the number, and I am fortunate that even Alia likes it.” “Both of us are thinking about getting an eight-number tattoo at some point in our lives, but we haven’t decided yet,” Ranbir said.
Ranbir will appear in his next film, Shamshera, alongside Sanjay Dutt and Vaani Kapoor. The period piece would be his first film since the 2018 release Sanju. Brahmastra, Ranbir, and Alia will be seen together for the first time in his next film. The film also features
