Rashmika Mandanna, a top actress in the Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada industries, made headlines after reports surfaced online that she had been demanding flight tickets for her pet dog from producers. On Friday, the actress responded by tweeting her thoughts on social media platforms. Rashmika, predictably, has dismissed the reports.

The actress tweeted the Rolling On the Floor video, quoting the article with the headline, ‘Rashmika Demands Flight Tickets For Her Pet Dog.’ Smiley laughed several times and said, “Don’t be a jerk right now. Even if you want Aura to accompany me on my journey, she is not interested. She is content in Hyderabad. Thank you for your interest.”

“Sorry, but this made my day,” she continued. “I just couldn’t stop laughing.”

On Twitter, one of her fans informed her that there were several more similar news reports. “Really?” said the actress in response. Please keep sending them to me no matter what (sic). My God!! I’m curious what all my loves are fed. But I apologise!”

Rashmika Mandanna introduced the world to her pet dog Aura last year by posting pictures of him on Instagram. “Hello everyone… in the midst of all the chaos out there. I discovered my bundle of joy… which kept me sane the entire time. Let me introduce you to my little Aura! It is said that you can fall in love with someone in three seconds. But she, I believe, melted my heart in 0.3 milliseconds…anyway, just wanted to keep you updated! You have my love and strength! (sic), “Her post stated.

Rashmika will co-star with Vijay in the upcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual film ‘Varisu,’ directed by Vamshi Paidipally. She will make her Bollywood debut in Mission Majnu, starring alongside Sidharth Malhotra. She also has Vikas Bahl’s Goodbye, in which she co-stars with Amitabh Bachchan, and Animal, in which she co-stars with Ranbir Kapoor.
