IIFA 2022 will air on Colors TV on June 25, 2022, at 8 p.m. In a clip from the ceremony that was posted online, actors Shahid Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar are seen entering the stage while sitting on donkeys. The event took place on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi earlier this month.
Shahid Kapoor and Farhan Akhtar can be seen riding two donkeys in the video. Shahid says, “People who used to come in on Hummers, sports bikes, or by going through fire are now coming in on two donkeys.” Then Farhan says, “They must all be thinking the same thing. I must say Pappu, nice ride.” Shahid says thank you.
One fan wrote, “This was one of my favourite IIFA awards, ” followed by a laughing emoji “Another person said, “It’s kind of funny how their outfits match in colour. Lol.”
This year, IIFA was held on June 2, 3, and 4 at Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Arena at Yas Bay Waterfront on Yas Island. Salman Khan, Riteish Deshmukh, and Maniesh Paul were in charge of the award show. Abhishek Bachchan, Tiger Shroff, Ananya Panday, Sara Ali Khan, and Nora Fatehi were among the performers. Singers Tanishk Bagchi, Neha Kakkar, Honey Singh, Guru Randhawa, Dhvani Bhanushali, Zahrah S Khan, Asees Kaur, and Ash King also wowed the crowd with their performances.
At the ceremony, there were also actors Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Tamannaah Bhatia, Salman Khan, Lara Dutta, Bobby Deol, Nargis Fakhri, Urvashi Rautela, producer Boney Kapoor, and Ramesh Taurani, among others.
The first show of the International India Film Academy Awards will be on Colors TV on Saturday, May 25, 2022, at 8 p.m.
