“All the twitter adulation for #ShehnaazGiII’s act of’respect’ today reminded me of her’support,”reverence,’ & ‘glorification’ of a multiple accused sex offender & pervert #SajjidKhan when he was platformed on National TV,” Sona Mohapatra tweeted. I wish she had more regard for her sisterhood. #MeToo”

Celebs React to Sajid Khan Joining ‘Bigg Boss 16’ From Mandana Karimi Quitting Bollywood to Sona Mohapatra, Urfi Javed Calling Out ‘Bigg Boss 16’ Makers

Mandana Karimi, who once accused filmmaker Sajid Khan of sexual harassment during the #MeToo movement, has stated in an interview that she is no longer interested in working in Bollywood after the director of ‘Heyy Babyy’ joined the most controversial reality show ‘Bigg Boss 16’. She even restricted access to her Instagram account.

According to the actress, who played the lead in ‘Bhaag Johnny,’ there is no respect for women in the industry.

“People have come to believe that “if it benefits me and I can make money, who cares?” The industry is a place where everyone knows someone’s mother, father, girlfriend, or husband. ‘You scratch my back, and I will scratch yours,’ it’s like.”

During the #MeToo movement in 2018, seven women accused Sajid of sexual misconduct.

Mandana went on to say that she is no longer interested in working in Bollywood and will not be attending any auditions.

Mandana went on to say that she is no longer interested in working in Bollywood and will not be attending any auditions.

“I did not attend any auditions. I’m not interested in working in Bollywood. I don’t want to be associated with an industry that does not value women “She went on to say.

Aside from her, singer Sona Mohapatra recently chastised the producers for bringing Sajid on the show.

She went on Twitter and wrote: “This is #SajidKhan, who is now appearing on a reality TV show. Then there’s #AnuMalik judging a music reality show for kids on TV. #KailashKher? On TV, there is a celebrity judge. Many women in the #IndiaMeToo movement have spoken out. Indian television executives are a depraved and sad lot.”

Furthermore, she questioned Farhan Akhtar and Javed Akhtar for remaining silent despite knowing the truth about Sajid, who is now a contestant on a reality show.

“@FarOutAkhtar, you are the leader of an organisation called MARD. You are personally acquainted with this man and many others. Speak up and stand up only when it is convenient or advantageous to virtue signal for ‘our cause,’ not now? Charity begins at home (pun intended).”

Farhan’s cousin is Sajid. Honey Irani, Farhan’s mother, and Menaka, Sajid Khan’s mother, are sisters.

She continued, addressing Farhan’s father, lyricist-poet Javed Akhtar: @Javedakhtarjadu, I know you to be a veteran, feminist, and thought leader in the Indian film industry? It hurts and breaks my heart that you have chosen to remain silent all these years about these men you know so well. “Charity starts at home.”

Urfi Javed also expressed her concern and chastised Shehnaaz Gill and Kashmera Shah for their support.

“If women like Shehnaaz Gill and Kashmera Shah are free to support a sexual predator, then I’m free to criticise him and both of them!!” she wrote.
