Pratik Sehajpal, a contestant from Khatron Ke Khiladi 12, returned to the competition as a wild card. He was eliminated after failing the elimination stunt in which he was teamed with Jannat Zubair Rahmani and Kanika Mann. There was no stunt done amongst the ousted participants, unlike previous year, to decide who would return to the competition. Some of Pratik Sehajpal’s supporters were disturbed by his direct return to the show. Sourabh Raaj Jain’s dismissal from Khatron Ke Khiladi last season did not sit well with the show’s impartial fans. They believed it to be among the game’s most unjust rulings ever.
Fans believe that Aneri Vajani, Chetna Pande, and Shivangi Joshi still deserve a shot to return to the show. They believed it was possible to hold at least a deciding stunt. Now, it’s being reported that Shivangi Joshi was given the opportunity to play the role of the wild card but turned it down. Fans responded to Pratik Sehajpal’s entrance in this way.

He was brought back because of his past connection with the channel and social media fan support. Other than that he wasn’t good in tasks so far, Sourabh was awesome. Unfortunately he didn’t enjoy the channel support

sourabh’s elimination was definitely very unfair but still I do feel a contestant who has got eliminated shouldn’t be called back 😉 deserving or undeserving wildcard entry in a show like this shouldn’t happen

Fans of Pratik Sehajpal have claimed that he boosts TRP and builds anticipation for the broadcast. They brought him back for this reason. Although this reasoning is certainly comprehensible, Khatron Ke Khiladi has always been regarded as the most objective reality programme!
